What to know BEFORE ENROLLING?

• While enrolled as a client in our program, you will be required to keep the credit monitoring system that we use actively the entire time you are in any of our programs. This is an additional cost of $29.95 a month. We need to be able to see all 3 reports in detail. This acts as our eyes and ears when communicating with the credit bureaus, as well as updating you. If you let your credit monitoring cancel, and do not update it in a timely manner, you will be canceled as a client.
• If you are in active bankruptcy, DO NOT SIGN UP for our service. If your bankruptcy has been dismissed or discharged, you can continue with the enrollment process.
• If you are currently behind on your bills and cannot pay them on time for the next 6-12 months, please do not sign up for our services. We want you to get the most out of the process as possible and paying your bills late will hurt you regardless of our efforts in other areas.
• Credit repair is a team effort, paying your bills on time, building/adding positive credit, and paying your credit card balances down is what we expect out of all our clients. If you are not willing to consistently do these things and follow the personal action plan we gave you, please do not sign up for our services.
• If your onboarding is not complete within 3 days of your portal being active, we will cancel with S. Cunningham Consulting LLC. Monthly payments start 30 days after your enrollment payment and is based on the anniversary date.

Privacy policy

• Information Collected from Clients
  • Consumers who complete and submit any of the forms (including our newsletter) on the S. Cunningham Consulting domain are considered a “Registrant.” S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC only collects Personally Identifiable Information that is volunteered during the signup process or in response to specific information requests. Personally Identifiable Information means the basic account and profile information entered by or on behalf of a client. This type of information is used to make contact and it includes First and Last name (middle initial and suffix, if applicable), Gender, Home or Mobile Telephone Number, E-mail Address, Current US Mail Address, and Credit Report Information. 
  • Non-Personally Identifiable Information data is collected by S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC. Personally Identifiable Information data collected by S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC. for advertising purposes is completely anonymous, and only includes information such as the Registrant’s IP address, date and time of visit, domain type, and their activity on our Advertiser’s and Partner’s websites. None of this information, individually or grouped together, can be traced back to a specific individual.
  • In addition, S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC may collect your IP address and information through use of electronic “cookies.” In computer language, a cookie is used to store data on a computer’s hard drive. Almost all websites utilize cookies to one extent or another. S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC may use its cookies to provide a service known as retargeting.
  • By providing Personally Identifiable Information and other information to this Site, the Registrant fully understands and unambiguously consents to the collection and processing of such information in, and the transfer of such information to the Network Sites, the United States, and other countries or territories, in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

Cunningham Consulting is going to use your personal information differently from that stated at the time of collection, we will attempt to contact you via email using the most recent information we have. If you have not given us permission to communicate with you, you will not be contacted.

However, please note that S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC may change this Policy at any time, and therefore S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC may in the future use Consumer Registrant Personally Identifiable Information for additional purposes not currently included in this Policy.

Cunningham Consulting, LLC may share Consumer Registrant Personally Identifiable Information with its partners, affiliates, advertisers, service providers, marketers’ lookup and reference services, and any other entities that S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC believes are able to provide Registrants with special offers and opportunities. S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC advises everyone who receives Registrant Personally Identifiable Information from S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC to support this Policy, S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC has no control over such party’s information handling practices and is not responsible for any failure of such party to adhere to this Policy.
  • As a condition of registration, Consumers agree that S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC may share their Personally Identifiable Information with the Network Sites and unaffiliated third parties. If you do not agree that S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC may share your Personally Identifiable Information with such entities, you may not register with S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC’s services, and if you are already registered, you must instantly terminate your account, by following the instructions in “Opting-Out of Further Communications.” Finally, S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC may disclose Registrant Personally Identifiable Information to comply with applicable laws; respond to governmental inquiries; comply with valid legal processes; and protect the rights or property of S.   • Registrants may opt-out of receiving further communications from S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC. At any time, registrants may choose not to receive promotional emails from S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC, or the Network; following the “unsubscribe” instructions in any S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC e-mail received by Registrant, emailing support@scunnconsulting.com

• Offers and Links to Third-Party Sites
  • By enrolling with S. Cunningham Consulting, LLC, you may receive additional contacts/offers from third-party companies. Our site also includes links to other sites. We can’t be held responsible for services or representations of third-party advertisers and for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those companies.
• How We Protect Your Information
  • Cunningham Consulting, LLC protects the security of the data sent with physical, electronic, and managerial methods. We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and modification of the information under our control. S.   • Communications in Writing: All SMS Statement Notifications in electronic format from us to you will be considered “in writing.”

RETURN POLICY

• Refunds/Cancellations are provided on a month-to-month basis and clients may cancel their service at any time and for any reason; at least 3 days in advance of the upcoming recurring payment. At the time of cancellation, the client is eligible for a refund of their monthly charges collected within the last 30 days. We strive to make certain every client is 100% Satisfied with the credit repair services we deliver. When canceled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered.
• Digital Downloads are not eligible for returns.
